Payment
At present, payment is by cheque or money order. Cheques may take up to 8 days to clear. Items in stock will be posted immediately after funds have been cleared. We will contact you by e-mail on receipt of your cheque/money order and then when items have been posted.
International Payments
International purchases must be paid by sterling money order or by wire transfer. We also have a Pay Pal account which you can pay through in U.S. Dollars
Postage
Postage is free to the UK. Our postage is through Parcel Force and delivery time is normally 3 to 6 days.
Next Day Delivery
For next day delivery there will be a cost depending on items weight - e.g (small swords about £10) contact us for pricing.
International Postage
Postal charges may vary greatly depending on the destination. Before placing your order, contact us for charges. Charges depend on weight so we need to know the item and the destination to give an accurate quote.
Returns Policy
We check every item before we post to ensure its quality, but on receiving your merchandise, if you are not fully satisfied you may return it within 10 days in new condition and in its original packing to receive an alternative item. To make the return, you must send an e-mail to Southern Swords stating the reason for returning the item. Please note - there is a 15% administration charge on returns.
Out of Stock
Items that are out of stock may take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. We will inform you if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock and offer the option of replacing with a similar item or waiting for your original order.
