Full upper body protection was necessary in a 15th century battle. This Knights armour consists of the Cuirass (chest & back armour) and the Tasset or Skirt of Tasses (upper leg protection). The sectional pieces are layered and overlap to provide better absorption from a blow. Overlapping eliminates weak points in the armour.
The sections are suspended by comfortable leather straps that adjust to any size. At the sides of the armour you can adjust the straps to fit any width. Each cuirass side is sectioned into two protective layers, linked together with thick leather straps and steel rivets. The Knight's contours provide extra absorption and reliability to the set. Overlapping layers eliminate weakness.
Tassets are the sectional parts that hang below the cuirass. They are 11.5 inches long and protect the thighs and groin. Each is fixed with a tough leather strap. The Tasset has contours that absorb and deflect.
