Great value for money 0 people found this helpfulWhen i received these in the post i had mixed feelings, they looked amazing but they whole gauntlet felt a little 'loose' as if a powerful blow of a sword could break pieces HOWEVER i believe this is just me worrying about nothing since if the gauntlet was very ridged and sturdy then it may not be very flexible. I have relatively small hands and short fingers so the gloves are a bit too long/big for me - my own personal problem ofcourse, no fault to the maker. Reenactment gear always tends to be a little bigger anyway. They feel amazing to wield my greatsword with, and lots of room on the forearm to go over any arnour you may wear for the arms too. As a final note - the shipping was fantastic, Parcelforce are great, reliable, and you can track every step of the shipping journey. 100% recommend providing if they stand the test of time of sparring.

Good 0 people found this helpfulThese gauntlets are very good quality - the stitching is heavy duty, and the rivets and articulations are very solid. They are large however. I am 6ft 4in tall with large hands, and these are even slightly too large for me, although the leather straps do make them fit more snugly. They provide excellent protection, given that they are 16 guage and gothic style, so protect more of the forearm.
