A very nice seax 0 people found this helpfulReceived this very quickly after ordering. this seems to be a great example of a seax, construction is very solid. I am not intending to use the seax to hit or cut anything but I have no doubt it would hold up to any abuse I’d give it.

Lovely piece of craftsmanship 1 people found this helpfulLove this sword, great compact size, wonderfully put together and the finish helps cut down on maintenance. They only drawback for me is the handle is a little on the short size for the size of my hands so I get some rub from the guard.

Buy this not the full sword 2 people found this helpfulFirst sword in my collection was the full size Maldon. Clumsy to handle for cutting purposes. Fit was better than Cold Steel but left me in 2 minds whether to complete set purchase. A few years on and i felt brave to try. Its handle heavy but because its short its easier to weild. Ok not katana sharp and a good puck stone work over required. One let down is the scabbard tightness. A huge dose of sword oil and plenty of work required to ease removal effectively
