Fantastic value 0 people found this helpfulDo not be put off by the low price, whilst they are quite thin (not to the extent that it looks cheap), the tabard is very sturdy and great for customising. I purchased the XL but should have gone for the XXL (I’m 6ft 2 and 18stone), the XL still fits really well. I highly recommend

Surprisingly good product 0 people found this helpfulTo be honest I only bought this as it was cheap and I liked the shape and wanted to use it to copy the measurements in order to create my own for a photo project however I’m surprised how good this product is for the price. I am trying to make something special but will definitely put my logo on and keep this as a back up

Quality item. Description lacking. 0 people found this helpfulItem arrived in good time and excellent condition. It is of solid cotton which is thick and durable - it doesn't feel cheap! Overall a very nice item especially for someone starting like myself. I do have two concerns - firstly the tabard i ordered is listed as black, when it is actually black and white. A considerable amount of white along the edgings. Postage options are also somewhat lacking which increases the price of the item.

Solid basic kit 0 people found this helpfulI bought the XX Large version - I am male, 6 feet tall and 48 inch chest before padding and mail. It is very long on me, the tips of the bottom hem are level with the tops of my boots. If I was ordering again I would go for the Large size instead as I'm a little worried the white will get muddy. Other than that this is a solid piece of basic kit, the band around the edge is 40mm thick and sewn onto the base fabric, the sides are closed on both sides of the body with a lace which makes it much easier to get on over armour. Looks good so far, not got it dirty yet so no occasion to see if it washes well. It could be pretty easily enhanced into a more noble garment by sewing some jacquard ribbon to the edges (pretty cheap and easy) or sewing a custom patch/heraldry to the front. Those might affect how it washes though. For the price it's a decent garment in a good range of colours. Southern Swords got it to me as part of a larger order in 16 days (one of the items had to come to them on order, once it arrived postage took two days). Customer services was very prompt and thorough.
