This is a blunt replacement blade for a Rapier that is designed to easily make your sword suitable for sparring / fencing. With 2mm/3mm thick edging and a rounded tip this blade meets the safety guidelines of most re-enactment / hema clubs.
The blade is easy to replace in rapiers with the use of a screw thread on the pommel.
The thread on the tang is made long so you can cut it down to fit your handle length.
