Sporran comes from the Gaelic sporran and Irish sparan, meaning purse or pouch. Part of the traditional dress of the Scottish Highlanders, this leather pouch is meant to be worn at the front if the kilt. This rugged leather sporran has a trio of leather tassels decorating the front. This pouch is 6-1/2" x 7-1/2" when closed, and opens to be 2" deep. Comes complete with a 40"+ leather & chain belt.
