Very Old Japanese Katana With 2 Accessories On The Scabbard

This is a very old and very decorative katana with 2 accessories at the top of the Saya - kozuka/kogatana/kogai
a small knife and a hair pin.

The sword itself was given to me so I don't know much about it - apart from its very old and it has some great detailing on all the fittings.
It is a very rare thing to find a Katana with quality accessories on the scabbard - the small knife is sharp and useable and the pin is very solid,
they are made to be used, not just decoration.

All the fittings and blade fit solidly in place and the hand forged high carbon steel blade is polished well with no chips or dents. This is a solid well constructed sword that was made to be used.

It is the perfect collectors item which makes a great display piece.
